Broccoli and Pear Puree – Simple Springtime Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
  • 1 ripe pear, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup breastmilk or formula (optional)
Instructions
  • Steam the broccoli florets until tender.
  • In a food processor or blender, combine the steamed broccoli and chopped pear.
  • Add breastmilk or formula for a thinner consistency (optional).
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
